- Airway Focused Orthodontist Opportunity
Description
Join a rapidly growing, multi-location orthodontic organization redefining the future of airway-centered care. Our practice is built on a comprehensive, holistic philosophy that prioritizes not only beautiful smiles, but also long-term health, optimal breathing, quality sleep, and functional stability. We believe orthodontic treatment should support airway development, improve overall wellness, and help alleviate or prevent TMD-related concerns throughout a patient’s lifetime.
Our team works within a highly collaborative interdisciplinary model alongside leading providers across the United States and internationally, including ENTs, periodontists, myofunctional therapists, physical therapists, chiropractors, sleep physicians, and restorative/general dentists. This collaborative approach allows us to deliver truly comprehensive care and remain at the forefront of modern orthodontics and dentofacial development.
We are currently among the leading providers of adult maxillary skeletal expansion utilizing the Facegenics Midface Expander (FME) and custom MARPE protocols. As we continue to challenge and elevate the traditional standard of orthodontic care, we are deeply committed to early intervention, growth guidance, and non-retractive treatment philosophies whenever possible. Our focus is on identifying root causes, supporting proper craniofacial development, and continually advancing patient outcomes through innovation and education.
Requirements
We are seeking a motivated orthodontist who is passionate about airway-focused orthodontics and interested in joining an established, fast-growing organization with significant opportunity for leadership, collaboration, and long-term growth. Opportunities exist both within our current locations and through future expansion initiatives. Whether you are looking to integrate into an existing high-level team environment or help develop and lead new growth opportunities, we are seeking clinicians who are excited to help shape the future of orthodontic care.
