I am searching for a full-time experienced orthodontist to join our multi-practice group!  While we currently have 7 practice locations, this position would be limited to the Anoka area in a single provider office where we currently have over 650 active patients.  Mentoring opportunities would be available from our other amazing orthodontists.

Woodlake Orthodontics has been serving the Twin Cities area of Minnesota for over 20 years.  The Anoka location (north of Minneapolis) was built out in 2006 and is a beautiful facility. The best part of the Anoka location is the incredible support team of assistants, a treatment coordinator, and business associates (patient service representatives). This office enjoys a digital pan/ceph (with CBCT within 2 of our other practices), 2 iTero scanners, and Ortho II software. Patient treatment includes self-ligating AO brackets (0.018" Roth), the Invisalign system, functional appliances, and other approaches common to orthodontic care. Our office culture promotes doctor leadership within the practice, with the autonomy to treat patients as you choose. We currently operate 3 clinic chairs and a consultation chair 4 days/week (M-Th). 

I am looking for a skilled, compassionate, and confident orthodontist with sharp diagnostic abilities and high quality treatment outcomes.  If desired, orthodontists can buy-in to the practice and participate in overall practice leadership and owner profit-sharing.  Our orthodontists are typically compensated as a percentage of office collections, with additional benefits and compensation for owner doctors.

Associate benefits include medical insurance, a 401(k) with 4% match, $2000/year CE reimbursement, and licensure/liability insurance reimbursement.
