Orthodontist – Worcester, MA
Passion Dental (OMG Braces) is seeking an Orthodontist to provide care in our established location in Worcester, MA. This is a 4 day per week opportunity with a steady patient flow, modern facilities, and strong referral support from our general dentistry teams.

Position Details

• Schedule: 4 days per week (split between Holyoke & Chicopee)
• Practice Setting: Established multispecialty dental group
• Patient Base: Pediatric, adolescent, and adult orthodontic patients
• Support: Fully staffed clinical teams and dedicated treatment coordinators

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat orthodontic cases using fixed appliances and clear aligner therapy
• Develop comprehensive, patientcentered treatment plans
• Monitor treatment progress and modify appliances as needed
• Educate patients and families on treatment options, oral hygiene, and outcomes
• Collaborate with general dentists and staff to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate clinical records and compliance with regulations

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an accredited Orthodontic Residency Program
• Active or eligible Massachusetts dental license
• Experience with braces and clear aligner therapy
• Strong communication, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
