Amazing opportunity for a full-time orthodontist in our busy, combined pediatric-orthodontic practice starting 8/1/2022.  Our practice was established in 1979, and it has had an orthodontic component for over 40 years.  We offer a very laid-back atmosphere, with the orthodontist having complete autonomy with respect to all clinical decisions, as well as input in personnel decisions.  We are looking for an associate with the potential option to buy into the practice in the near future.  We currently have two offices in the Memphis metropolitan area.  Our orthodontist works in our primary office, which is 15 minutes from the heart of Memphis.  One of the best parts about this opportunity (and working in a combined pedo-ortho practice) is that you don't have to do any marketing!  We have a very large and healthy patient base with in-house referrals ready for evaluations.  

 
We are offering a competitive per diem for the first year (commensurate with experience).  Following the first year of practice, we often move our associates to a percentage of ortho production.  This position also has the potential for a future but-in as well.
