MINT dentistry and Orthodontics is a privately and family-owned (by a dentist) large group practice (not a DSO) providing dental professionals a refreshingly liberating alternative to the standard career binary of private practice migraines and DSO serfdom. Balancing the autonomy and agency enjoyed by practice owners with the support and resources advertised by DSOs, MINT provides a middle path where employees enjoy clinical focus according to shared ethics and values in a chic work environment equipped with modern technology and well-trained staff (graduates from our own, in-house RDA schools).

Company History
Founded in 2009, MINT dentistry was birthed in the heyday of the "dental spa" boom and ascended quickly to lead "the great rebranding" of dentistry. But while others limited their efforts to stylish logos and swanky furniture, MINT implemented and scaled the offerings and culture of hospitality and service unaccustomed in the healthcare setting, while maintaining a steadfast dedication to the highest quality clinical practice. The combination of "quality and service" became our moniker.
A foray into Orthodontics was a natural progression for a group so celebrated for having an eye for the aesthetic. The "SEXY TEETH" campaign that has reigned so ubiquitous in the communities where we serve continues to reach underserved patients excited to enjoy the luxurious but affordable quality services only MINT can provide. With a solid internal referral base as well as loyal external referrals from otherwise competitors, MINT Orthodontists enjoy a reliable established referral network bolstered by a quality reputation and leadership from one of the most celebrated Orthodontists (and Invisalign Pioneer Club Member), Dr. Doug Crosby. With his guidance and clinical expertise, MINT Orthodontics launched during the heart of the pandemic and has scaled alongside the GPs seamlessly and with close to zero turnover (a true miracle in today's work landscape).
