The Role
Clinical Leadership: Run comprehensive orthodontic evaluations and design clear, personalized treatment plans.
Patient Care: Perform orthodontic procedures and adjust treatment tracks as patients grow.
Connection: Educate young patients and their parents on care, progress, and oral hygiene in a way they actually understand.
Collaboration: Partner with our pediatric dentists and clinical teams for seamless, comprehensive care.
Documentation: Keep digital patient records accurate and organized.

What You Bring
A valid Orthodontic license (or eligibility) in Wisconsin/Minnesota.
Strong clinical skills and experience with modern orthodontic tools.
The ability to connect easily with kids, reassure parents, and collaborate well with a team.
A sharp eye for detail and a genuine pride in your work.
