Role Overview and Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive orthodontic care — traditional braces, clear aligners, and interceptive treatment — for patients of all ages
Work alongside a supported, experienced clinical and administrative team
Deliver a personal, family-first patient experience

Option 1: Part-Time Associate
Schedule: Thursdays and/or Fridays, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Great fit for a doctor looking to supplement income, ease into practice, or balance clinical work with other commitments.

Option 2: Full-Time Associate — Equity Track
Full-time schedule( 4-5 days per week)  8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Potential path to equity/partnership for the right long-term fit
Ideal for a doctor looking to build a career and ownership stake with an established, privately owned practice

Requirements

Active New Mexico orthodontic license (or eligibility to obtain one)
1–2 years of clinical experience as a practicing orthodontist
ABO certification is a plus, not required
A genuine, down-to-earth chairside manner — someone who treats patients like family
