Orthodontic Associate – Seattle, WA

Thriving pediatric dental practice seeking a motivated Orthodontic Associate to build and grow an orthodontic program within our established, high-volume office. Ideal candidate is passionate about early intervention, airway-focused orthodontics, and collaborative care.

What You’ll Do

Provide comprehensive orthodontic care with an emphasis on early treatment and growth guidance
Integrate airway-conscious diagnosis and treatment planning
Work closely with pediatric dentists to deliver coordinated care
Help develop and expand the orthodontic service line
Train and mentor clinical team to support orthodontic workflows

Requirements

Qualifications

DDS/DMD + Certificate in Orthodontics

Strong communication and leadership skills
