Description

Seeking an energetic, bilingual Orthodontist to lead our established 4-bay Selma practice! Step into an existing 3-4 column schedule seeing 40-60 patients/day. You will be supported by a seasoned, tenured team. This role features a highly rewarding Medicaid-focused structure with $50 start/$50 finish bonuses.

Schedule: Run up to 5 columns. We are currently running 3-4 columns (4 days/week). 
Payor Mix: 62% Medicaid, 28% PPO, 10% Fee-for-Service. (Medicaid provider status is required).
Expected APD: $6k – $7k

Requirements

Experience: 2+ years of clinical experience. We are looking for someone seasoned, confident in treatment planning, and ready to grow with us.
Core Skills: Proficiency with Brackets and Invisalign. (TAD placement is a nice-to-have).
Culture Fit: A true practice builder, mentor, and leader who excels at building patient relationships.
Bonus: Bilingual abilities are a huge plus!
