We are seeking an experienced, dedicated Associate Orthodontist to help lead and grow our southern office location. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established multi-location orthodontist owned practice with a pathway to partnership for the right candidate. 

About Us:

• We pride ourselves on using the most up-to-date technology to provide the highest level of patient care and attention to detail in every aspect of orthodontics.
• Our practice culture is rooted in building strong relationships with both patients and team members, creating a lively and collaborative environment.
• This is the southernmost location of a three-office practice, strategically positioned in a high socio-economic area, filled with families. The office is newly renovated with ample space for growth and has the latest technology including CBCT, intræoral scanning, 3D printing, etc.

 Position Details:

• Schedule: Start at 2-3 days per week, with potential to grow to 4 days. Opportunities to work at other locations in northern Indiana may be available.
•      Compensation: Competitive compensation package to be discussed, including options such as a daily rate or a lower daily rate with start bonuses.
•       Mentorship & Growth: The current owner is dedicated to providing mentorship and guidance. We are looking for someone with the ambition and drive to help run and grow this location.

Requirements

Qualifications:

•       An experienced Orthodontist is preferred, but we value a strong work ethic, excellent patient care, and a passion for growth.
       
•  Ability to collaborate with the team and foster a positive and energetic environment.
     
•   Desire to take on responsibilities that contribute to the practice's long-term success.
