Busy, well-established orthodontic practice in Lakewood, New Jersey, seeking a part-time associate orthodontist to join our team.

We are looking for an orthodontist interested in building a long-term professional relationship with our practice, beginning with two days per week. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys patient care in a warm, efficient, team-oriented office environment.

The associate orthodontist will primarily be responsible for seeing active treatment patients, managing routine orthodontic progress visits, monitoring treatment mechanics, giving clear instructions to patients and parents, and working closely with our experienced clinical team. The position requires strong clinical judgment, good chairside manner, and excellent communication with both patients and parents.

Our practice has been serving the Lakewood community since 2006 and has a strong reputation for quality orthodontic care, patient experience, and a calm, professional office culture. We use modern orthodontic technology, including digital records, digital imaging, intraoral scanning, and 3D printing.

The ideal candidate will be personable, reliable, clinically thoughtful, and comfortable working in a busy orthodontic office with a supportive team.

Requirements

The ideal orthodontist candidate should have strong clinical skills, good orthodontic judgment, and excellent communication skills with patients, parents, and staff. Experience with fixed appliances, aligner therapy, interceptive treatment, retention, and routine orthodontic progress visits is preferred.

We are seeking someone professional, reliable, personable, and interested in developing a long-term relationship with the practice. The candidate should be comfortable working within established treatment plans and collaborating closely with the owner orthodontist and clinical team.
