What You'll Do
Diagnose and develop comprehensive orthodontic treatment plans.
Provide treatment using braces, clear aligners, retainers, and other orthodontic appliances.
Monitor treatment progress and make adjustments as needed.
Educate patients and families on treatment options and oral hygiene.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure an outstanding patient experience.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with all regulatory standards.

Requirements
Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Certificate in Orthodontics from an accredited residency program.
Active Louisiana dental license (or ability to obtain one).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
Commitment to providing outstanding patient care and building lasting relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with braces and clear aligner therapy.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-location practice.
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
Comfortable treating children, teens, and adults.
