Associate Orthodontist – Partnership Opportunity
A well-established orthodontic practice (Associates in Orthodontics) with six thriving Northern Vermont locations is seeking a kind, energetic Associate Orthodontist with a potential path to partnership, if desired.
With over 60 years of practice history, our orthodontist-owned and operated group takes pride in delivering exceptional care in a state-of-the-art, all-digital environment. Each office is equipped with iTero scanners and Ortho2 Edge cloud-based PMS to ensure seamless and efficient patient care. Centralized full-service laboratory located in the main South Burlington office with multiple 3D printers and in-house aligner offerings.
Our practices are nestled amid beautiful mountains and lakes, offering an outstanding quality of life, excellent schools, and a great community lifestyle. You’ll enjoy the perfect balance between a rewarding career and an active lifestyle while working 4 days a week. Don't be afraid to reach out if you want less days as we can be flexible.

Professional, kind, energetic, and compassionate
Excited to work in a collaborative, non-corporate, family-friendly environment
Comfortable traveling between multiple locations seeing patients in a completely collaborative environment
Ready to take over for a retiring full-time partner in June 2027,
Someone planning on staying long term- we are not an associate mill and seeking someone that wants to be with us and be in Vermont.
You’ll enjoy clinical autonomy while collaborating with two Board-Certified orthodontists, sharing patients and ideas to provide the highest quality of care.

Days spent (plus one travel day) during the continuing education at AAO annual session meeting, NESO, or VSDS will not be deducted from vacation allotment.
Registration for AAO annual session, NESO, and VSDS meetings. If the office attends any meeting, hotels will also be covered.
A non- compete will not be required in terms of time or distance as long as a replacement is found or the two remaining doctors feel they can adequately staff the practice.
$100,000 exit bonus will be given with successful replacement after two continuous years of employment.
Expenses can be deducted from your W2 wages through Associates, twice annually, typically in early June and early December.
