- Associate with Pathway to Partnership in Maui, Hawaii
Description
Maui Braces is excited to begin our search for an associate orthodontist. This is NOT a DSO role where you are thrown into the fire and expected to figure it out alone. This is a private practice opportunity to work directly with Dr. Alex, with mentorship, structure, and a commitment to high-level patient care.
We are not in a rush to hire. We are focused on finding the right fit. What matters most is that you care about mastery, patient experience, and building something meaningful over the long term.
Our practice is built on clinical excellence, efficiency, and a premium patient experience. We treat pediatric, teen, and adult patients with braces and clear aligners. You will gain insight into how cases are diagnosed, treated, and finished in a real-world setting where both outcomes and efficiency matter.
You will also develop an understanding of the systems that drive growth, including patient acquisition, case acceptance, scheduling optimization, and team alignment. These are areas most orthodontists are not exposed to, but they define long-term success.
We are looking for someone who is curious, coachable, and driven to improve. You should enjoy working with people, communicate clearly, and thrive in a team environment. You should want repetition, feedback, and a clear path forward, not a temporary position.
You will step into a system designed to develop clinical skill, leadership ability, and business awareness, with a defined path toward partnership as the business expands. Partnership is based on alignment, performance, and contribution to growth.
Our culture is built on high standards and strong support. Feedback is direct. Expectations are clear.
Maui offers an exceptional quality of life, but this role is for someone who wants to build, not slow down. We work hard and enjoy the process.
If this resonates, send a short introduction and your CV to [email protected]. Our goal is simple: find the right person and build something long term.
Requirements
Ideal candidates are orthodontists with strong communication and emotional intelligence who want to practice in a collaborative, feedback driven environment. You should have interest in leadership, systems, and long term ownership, be comfortable operating in a growth oriented practice with clear expectations, and be willing to relocate to Maui.
