Sweet Tooth is looking for an excellent associate and eventual partner (if this makes sense for you) at our four (4) thriving locations in the KC metro. We have offices in both Kansas and Missouri. Because we are driven by pediatric dentistry, we see many phase I patients, teens, and limited adults.

Sweet Tooth started in in 2019. Our business model is doctor owned and doctor lead. We are a dual specialty practice focused on pediatric dentistry and orthodontics. Our pediatric dentistry fuels our orthodontics; parents love that we offer both needs based services in one location; it creates a special synergy of referrals and optimal patient experience. Associate Path (3 year)
Each location is visited by an orthodontist and traveling orthodontic team each day of the week (M-Th). We are looking for an incredible personality and orthodontist who wants to be part of a growing, fully supported and thriving orthodontic practice that will allow one to focus on doing great orthodontics and continual care. Mentorship, if needed or desired is certainly something that can be provided.
Partnership Path (~12-18 months)
If partnership is right for you, we would like to pursue an associateship position for the first ~12-18 months and after said period of time, partner on any of four Missouri offices that makes sense. We believe in treating our docs with fairness and value; any buy-in amount would be established at your arrival, as opposed to a valuation at the time of buy-in.

Responsibilities: Our orthodontist will enjoy:
Competitive per diem rate/salary
15 Days scheduled off per year (not including Federal holidays)
Working with solo owner pedo docs everyday, without any corporate or DSO influence
Buy-in opportunity as full partner (Cannot do with Corporate or Private Equity Partners)
Relocation assistance (if needed)
Requirements
Open to all levels of experience
Full-time opportunity (4 days per week)
DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program
Certificate of completion of residency from an accredited postgraduate Orthodontic program
Current, valid license to practice dentistry in state of Kansas and Missouri
Requirements
All things ortho: Consults, band, bond, debond, etc. what you might expect in a busy private owned orthodontic practice.
