Hello! We are looking for a fun, energetic, hard working RDA or OA to join our awesome team! State of the art orthodontic dental office, in which we believe in creating an exceptional experience for our patients. Minimum of 1-2 years of on-site orthodontic assisting
- Certified Orthodontic Assistant
- Certified Registered Dental Assistant
- Certified Dental Assistant
**OA/RDA compensation is based on certifications and years of experience in dental field, ability to perform Orthodontic Assisting tasks.
Orthodontic Assistant Responsibilities:
Listed below is an overview of the skills an Orthodontic Assistant would be required to
Records: Must be able to take Panoramic/Cephalometric X-rays, Intra and Extra Oral Photos , Itero Scans.
Clinical/Chairside Assisting: Prepared, Engaged, Anticipating: Fitting Bands, Deliver/Deband Palatal Expanders, Bracket Positioning, Bond and Debond Brackets, Placement of Invisalign attachments
Patient Experience: Welcoming, engaged, informative chairside manner. Communication is informative, easily comprehendible, and can instruct patients in a calming approach.
Documentation/Charting: Attention to detail charting of notes, follow correct charting formats, clear and concisely charting next visit plan.
