We are seeking an Orthodontist to join our practice approximately 4 days per month beginning Summer 2026. The position offers outstanding earning potential, with annual compensation of $250,000+ possible for the right candidate while maintaining an excellent work-life balance.

Our current Orthodontist will remain involved during the transition to ensure a smooth, seamless experience for both patients and staff.

Qualifications:

* Orthodontic residency completion required
* 1–2 years of experience preferred, though motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
* Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
* Interest in building long-term relationships within the community
