Tringas Orthodontics is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Associate Orthodontist to join our growing team on a part-time basis. This position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside an experienced orthodontist in a collaborative environment while building your clinical confidence and developing long-term relationships with patients and families.
This role is ideal for an orthodontist who is early in their career and eager to grow within a well-established practice that prioritizes exceptional patient care, clinical excellence, and mentorship.
Position Overview
The Associate Orthodontist will initially work between Tringas Orthodontics in Lake Nona and Celebration Pediatric Dentistry in Celebration, Florida.
This is a part-time opportunity with an expected schedule of 2–3 days per week.
During the onboarding period, the associate will work closely with Dr. Tringas to ensure a smooth transition, collaborate on treatment planning, and receive ongoing clinical support and mentorship.

The long-term goal is to build the associate's schedule toward a full patient load, with a target volume of approximately 50 patients per day once fully established.
Requirements
Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Certificate in Orthodontics from an accredited residency program
Eligible for Florida dental licensure
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
Team-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow
Interest in long-term growth and practice development
