Description
The Austin Institute of Dental Medicine (sponsored by Paris Regional Health) is seeking part-time Clinical Faculty in Orthodontics to join its newly established 24-month orthodontic residency program.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a founding faculty team in a modern, forward-thinking academic environment focused on clinical excellence, mentorship, and digital orthodontics.
Commitment: 2 days per month (flexible scheduling)
Responsibilities include:
Supervising residents in clinical orthodontic care
Guiding diagnosis, treatment planning, and biomechanics
Mentoring residents through case progression and decision-making

Requirements
Qualifications:
DDS/DMD and completion of a CODA-accredited orthodontic residency
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience post-residency
Eligibility for Texas dental licensure
Strong interest in teaching and mentoring
Compensation: Voluntary Position
