Tooth Haven Pediatric Dentistry in Ankeny, Iowa (just north of Des Moines) is adding a standing Friday orthodontic column and is seeking an orthodontist to run it. One day a week (Fridays) to start, with room to grow to more days as the column fills.

Bracket-and-wire cases only, no aligners. We provide the space, chairs, equipment, two ortho assistants, and a treatment coordinator who manages consults and case acceptance, so the doctor focuses on clinical care.

Compensation: $1,800 per day guaranteed minimum, plus $100 per case start, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus. W2 or 1099 independent contractor. We also offer a $2,000 referral bonus to anyone who refers a candidate who is hired and stays one year.

Ankeny is a fast-growing Des Moines suburb in central Iowa with excellent schools and a strong family community. A great fit for a resident finishing training or a recent grad putting down roots in central Iowa.

Requirements

DDS or DMD plus completion of a CODA-accredited orthodontic residency. Active or eligible Iowa dental license. Comfort with bracket-and-wire mechanics. New and recent graduates are welcome to apply.
